We trust that you enjoyed the conference. This is to advise you of the procedure for accessing the conference presentation materials. The materials are not available until one week post event.

• You will receive your username, individual password by email to access the presentation materials.
• Access to Downloads will not be available until you receive this email notification from us.
• This is only sent once all presentations are fully loaded and accessible.
• Once the files are available you can return to access the files at your convenience.
