Exhibit or Advertise in our ShowGuide at the 6th MidEast-Central Asia Oil Week
We can offer you excellent ways to promote your company at this event. You can take an exhibition booth and advertise in our ShowGuide which is the magazine that we hand out to all delegates at the event. Contact us with your requirements and book your space now as it is limited.
Exhibition Booth Details
- Booths supplied with lights, tables, chairs, power points (electric points) and black and white signage
- Booths available per square meter (including space and booth)
- Any additional requirements will be for exhibitors own account
- One exhibitor may man the stand, passes are non-interchangeable
- Payment for exhibition booth required in advance. Where payment not received booth will not be built
- Persons manning the stand may not attend the conference proceedings unless registered for the conference
- An exhibitors document detailing logistics and requirements will be presented on confirmation of the exhibition stand
ShowGuide Advertising & Materials Details
- Advert must be supplied in high resolution Acrobat PDF, JPEG or eps format
- Advertising material can be sent electronically to amanda@glopac.com
- Company logos should be provided in original eps format
- Please include all graphics, images and fonts used in your advert
- General Policy: Advertising Copy is subject to acceptance by Global Pacific & Partners
- Materials must be confirmed and received by the 15th March 2009
- On receipt of order, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions
- Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer or credit card
- Payment is due on confirmation or order and receipt of invoice
- Where payment is not received prior to deadline date for publishing, the advert will not be included in the ShowGuide
