Arrangements

Each Virtual Roadshow is tailored for the client/country in terms of the acreage selected for marketing, the scope and period for asset promotion, and  nvestor/deal capture, negotiated costs and chosen mode for payments (in fees and/or a combined fee/commission structure, based on the program/s elected and the results achieved on measured parameters within a specified period).

Our client-tailored program allows for the execution of a targeted Virtual Roadshow at low cost or even on a zero-fee basis. This permits client/country entry into and continuity within, global acreage markets at minimal direct cost.

Modus Operandi

The Virtual Roadshow is discussed with the client/country, tailored to its specific needs, and negotiated in a customised Agreement. It may include deferred costs and/or payments based on negotiated outcomes.
